Below is the detailed information related to designing stages and the prices for the architectural services:

ARCHITECT PRICE LIST:

Each price offer prepared for our customers is free of charge and customized. The prices below are approximate net for a m2 of a structure being designed. Each design works quotation is being prepared taking into account the complexity of the structure and the design scope.

CUSTOMIZED HOUSE DESIGN:

THE DESIGN CONCEPT INCLUDES:

Preparing the concept of the structure (according to the Investor’s guidelines), namely:

– the plans of all the floors with designing the premises functionally, and with photo-realistic visualizations (two options of room planning, two suggested bodies of the building – different materials, different finishing);

– after the Investor’s adjustments – the final option containing the plans, cross-sections, photo-realistic visualizations of the structure integrated into a photo of the area;
PLN 50-75/ m2 of the structure’s net area

THE BUILDING DESIGN INCLUDES:

– the land development plan (PZT), and architectonic and construction design (ABD) of the design concept approved in advance in the scope needed to obtain a building permit;

– the structural design in the scope needed to obtain a building permit;

– the designed energy profile of the building;

– BIOZ (Safety and health protection) study;

– preparing the applications needed to submit the design to the authorities to obtain the building permit;

– the technical design (PT), including the trade designs – internal systems – sanitary (water and sewage, central heating, recovery), electric (el. points, lightning protection system), in the scope necessary for the building permit);

– representing the Investor before the authorities (power of attorney);

PLN 85-115/m2 of the structure’s net area

In the case of structures with an area of more than 170m2, a price lower by PLN 10 for each subsequent 100m2 of the area.

EXECUTIVE DESIGN:

– executive designs containing details and particularization for the architectural, structural, and trade part;

PLN 50-120/m2 of the structure’s net area (the price determined depending on the particularization level)

INVESTOR’S SUPERVISION or AUTHOR’S SUPERVISION:

– PLN 850 1 month – with traveling in and around Warsaw (2 visits);

* covering 1.5-2h a time at the implementation site (counted from the arrival time), each started hour PLN 120 net

1) THE DOCUMENTATION PREPARED MAY CONTAIN EXPERTS’ DETERMINATIONS, WHICH ARE NECESSARY FOR THE APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF COMMERCIAL PREMISES. THE DESIGN REVIEWED BY AN OHS, HEALTH AND SANITARY, AND FIRE PROTECTION EXPERT, ETC.

2) THE BASIC SCOPE OF THE INTERIOR DESIGNS DOES NOT COVER TRADE DESIGNS, HOWEVER IT IS POSSIBLE TO PREPARE THE ABOVE STUDIES ACCORDING TO DETAILED DETERMINATIONS WITH THE INVESTOR.
